Jeff Searle and Darren Taylor launched their enterprise over a decade ago, with just £150 each and an idea. But what they lacked in funds they made up for in experience, vision, hard graft and a belief in customer service. Both are widely experienced in woodworking and furniture making. Both have worked on the shop floor and in product development. Both still do. Furthermore Jeff & Darren believed that style was not the only principle that never went out of fashion: Quality, affordability, individuality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. The two of them also wanted these values to survive. So since 1991, these principles have been planned, drawn, sawn, carved, chiselled, glued and lacquered into every luxurious, hand built kitchen Searle & Taylor have delivered.

Even though we have our own retail showrooms at our headquarters in Winchester we will only supply kitchens to retail clients within the Winchester and local surrounding areas. If you live within the area of an official Searle & Taylor outlet we will only supply the kitchen via your local outlet. If you live within an area that does not yet have an outlet then please contact us.
You will not save any money by trying to buy direct from us as we have a fixed retail price list that is the same for all our outlets*. We would always recommend that you buy local as kitchens can be very involved and our outlets are specialists in design and installation and will also advise you on worktops, appliances, sinks and taps and lighting.
