Contemporary Storage Solutions
Cabinetry door and drawer fronts are available in anti-fingerprint lacquered finishes or in matt or gloss glass and can be colour-matched to any of 4,000 RAL or NCS colours. There are options that open and close electronically and entire aspects of the kitchen can be concealed behind HAWA sliding doors or pocket doors with soft-close systems. Our contemporary kitchen furniture designs can house appliances by all brands including luxury appliances by Gaggenau.
Ergonomic Kitchens
Ergonomics play a major role in our contemporary kitchens, which all feature height-appropriate cabinetry options. One of the first kitchen manufacturers to develop and create handleless kitchens, EWE also specialises in ergonomic height-appropriate cabinetry. Kitchen storage is a key focus for EWE, with many innovative options to incorporate all your pots, pans and foodstuffs in a clutter-free environment. Modern kitchens with natural wood accents
Several of our recent commissions have been for kitchens in extensions that feature designs that take inspiration from mid-century furniture styles. These modern kitchen looks tend to include the use of pale natural timber accents, such as birch wood, blond oak, or ply, and can be painted in strong colours to complement.
Scandi kitchens for rooms with natural light
This focus on natural wood is also featured in Scandi kitchens, where flat-fronted slab door cabinetry combines with slatted wood door and drawer fronts with fluted glass cabinets. Scandi kitchens often feature a neutral colour palette and are ideally located where there is lots of natural light. They work beautifully with biophilic design and look fantastic when accessorised with indoor plants and herbs. These are kitchens that can be both handleless and handled, they focus on functionality, but can be beautifully personalised. We have two Scandi displays in our showroom, one with an island that has horizontal slats, the other with fluted vertical timber slats along with fluted glass accents.
Starburst cabinetry – for every room in the home
In addition, we showcase the creative use of timber veneers in our showroom. Our special starburst cabinetry doors look beautiful in both natural and artificial light and can be used in most rooms in the home. They are featured in the Garden room in our showroom.
