STEP 1.
SEEK INSPIRATION
- Take inspiration from our case studies or browse online to find kitchens you like. Alternatively, highlight the projects you prefer in kitchens and interiors magazines
- Create your own Pinterest board and capture all the online images that you like and inspire you
- If you don’t have Pinterest, no problem, simply save the images or note down the names
- You can share your inspirations with us by e-mail to

STEP 2.
VISIT OUR SHOWROOM
- We recommend you visit our beautiful and extensive Winchester showroom to view our displays of Handmade Bespoke and Signature Bespoke kitchens together with contemporary designs by Intuo and EWE
- Each type of kitchen is packed with choice and innovation, and each has numerous design and storage features
- One of our highly-trained members of staff can answer any questions, present worktop samples, sinks, taps and accessories
- All of our displays are fully operational so we can easily demonstrate how many of today’s highly advanced kitchen appliances can save you time and effort
STEP 3.
FILL IN OUR CLIENT BRIEF
- Our CLIENT BRIEF is available to fill in via our website, where you can also upload plans and images
- Filling in our client brief helps us to understand you and your lifestyle so that we can start drawing our designs to suit you
- We never pass this information on to third parties and it is kept completely private and confidential at all times
- If you already have architects or builders’ plans, we can use those initially until we can come and take full measurements of your space
- Our design consultations are free of charge with no obligation to purchase
STEP 4.
PLACE AN ORDER
- We understand that choosing and ordering a new kitchen is a huge decision
- We take a very personalised approach and we never use sales tactics to win your order. We always provide an honest itemised quotation
- We offer a complimentary design service. However, we only release our design drawings and plans once the order is placed
- When placing an order, our terms are: 40% deposit when the order is placed and cleared funds the week prior to installation. Installation is charged separately at the end of the job
- You can alter the design, appliances, colours, types of worktops and other sundry items right up until the point where we need to order your kitchen from our suppliers. We will then create a full order confirmation
- On request, we can supply fully detailed M&E drawings to enable the correct positioning of electrical and water / waste supplies
- Your kitchen is always unique and built specially to order. Your designer will let you know the date as to when you need to make all your final choices
STEP 5.
INSTALLATION
- Most kitchens take at least eight to ten weeks from date of order to final delivery. However, if you need longer, because of your calendar of building works, we will arrange a date to suit you
- We ensure that all of your cabinetry and appliances are delivered and checked into our own secure and insured warehouse the week before the proposed installation begins. However, we are not accountable for unforeseen supplier delays
- All of the kitchens are delivered to site by our own delivery and warehouse personnel
- We regularly use three trusted and experienced installation teams who have been fitting our kitchens for many years. Each team is advance-verified to ensure they reach our intensive insurance and health and safety criteria, which are reviewed twice a year
- Our teams are fully trained in relation to the installation of all our products, and like our designers, each has attended special training workshops to learn how to properly and professionally fit our kitchens and appliances
STEP 6.
AFTER SALES AND WARRANTY
- Our Handmade Bespoke kitchen cabinetry is guaranteed for 10 years, excluding wear and tear
- Our Signature Bespoke kitchen cabinetry is guaranteed for 10 years, excluding wear and tear
- Our Intuo and EWE cabinetry comes with a manufacturer’s five-year warranty, excluding wear and tear
- All appliances, worktops and accessories come with their own manufacturer’s warranties, which are often subject to registration. We highly recommend you register all kitchen appliances form the date of installation to take advantage of their separate guarantees and warranties – we are unable to do this for you as all have to be registered directly by the owners
- We always aim to resolve any problems very quickly and efficiently and we take pride in ensuring your kitchen is built to last
