At a gala event, held at Winchester University on Thursday 9th June, we were delighted to win the Service Excellence Award 2022 at the Winchester Business Excellence Awards. The annual event is organised by partners, Winchester Business Improvement District, the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and the Hampshire Chronicle to offer Winchester businesses the opportunity to promote major achievements and to celebrate success.
Our personalised approach to customer service has always been a key focus for us. Searle & Taylor is the longest-established independent kitchen design studio in Winchester. When the business started in 1991 there were just three kitchen showrooms in the city; there are now 14 and, as a result, competition is fierce. We specialise in handmade bespoke and contemporary kitchens, together with furniture for other rooms and we offer full project management and a dedicated after sales service. With us, you work with the same project manager all the way through from design to completion.
The judges highlighted the large number of customer testimonials that we have achieved, together with the many five-star Google reviews that we have received from our clients highlighting how pleased they were with their new kitchen, the excellent and professional customer service that they had received from us, in addition to praising the work of our installation and painting teams.
