WELCOME TO SEARLE & TAYLOR

In our search to have a new updated kitchen, we located Searle & Taylor of Winchester. They were one of four Company's we invited to bid for the work. We visited the showroom in Winchester, and very impressed with quality of the work. They were not the cheapest but we felt very comfortable. After a few weeks of working out the final design and this is key to success, we signed off and agreed an installation date. I need to admit, we were demanding, in particular with regards to lighting and a particular breakfast bar, but they worked with us. We visited the factory where the units were made, chose our granite and the works proceeded exactly on the agreed date. I cannot speak more highly about their fitters, Duggie and Honey, who were a pleasure to have on site. nothing was too much trouble, the quality of their work and attention to detail is most impressive. The factory building the units and supporting them, was equally helpful and exacting in workmanship. Quality and ability has been extremely pleasing throughout. The granite worktops were of similar standard. Then Adam and his painting of the units to complete the work finished off the installation to a very high standard. Darren Taylor, has been a pleasure to do business with, his own personal attention to detail, which included at times hands on work has resolved any queries veery rapidly and corrected minor issues. We had some hiccups along the way, but working together and corresponding with Darren and his Team have made things easy to work with. We have just had our second Searle and Taylor kitchen fitted. The quality remains a solid 10/10. From the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, to ingenious design layout, to follow up care, the whole process was faultless and the end kitchen is an absolute pleasure to look at and work in. Searle & Taylor have just finished fitting the most fantastic kitchen. It's an amazing transformation, and just about perfect! My husband and I have recently had a kitchen designer and fitted by Searle and Taylor and thank heavens! The expertise was outstanding, the service was seamless from design to fitting and finer detail discussed and implemented as discussed. We had a trip to the show room initially where we were given a tour of the options, and advised what would work with our space and feel to suit the house. We now have a beautiful, modern yet traditional kitchen with high tech fully integrated appliances and a pantry cupboard, even Le Mans pull out draws and a Quooker tap! We don't know ourselves. All of the suppliers working with Searle and Taylor were likewise professional, fast and respectful and a delight to work with. 100% recommended! Please see before and after photographs. Delighted with the end result of our kitchen re-design and replacement, Darren and Gavin have once again shown how to create an attractive and functionally-rich kitchen with the clients needs very much in mind. Going bespoke not only made the most of space, it ensured a high quality look, where attention to detail really matters. All said, one of Darren's greatest qualities is his determination to stay with you right to the very end to ensure the client is completely happy and satisfied with the end result. We have had a completely new kitchen and utility designed by Searle and Taylor and could not be more pleased with the result. Wonderful quality and workmanship as regards the design and cabinetry, with everything brought together by Darren and Gavin as regards worktops, appliances, decoration and utilities. It was a pleasure having everyone around and seeing them do their thing, including the fitters DJM Builders (Dan, Dougie and Honey) who were always ready with a bit of extra help or advice, CMM Electrical Services (Alex and Darren), AJ Roberts/GJ Roberts Decorating (Adam and Gary) and Alan Daunou Plumbing Services (Alan). All of them inspired real confidence in their quality of work and reliability, with S&T’s Darren casting his eye over things from time to time and making the final checks. They were also very responsive on the final small snags (there are always some). The only separate element was the flooring but Darren helped to source a tiler and we found the perfect materials round the corner from S&T at Quorn Stone, where Emily was very helpful.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen from Searle & Taylor. Right from the initial planning & design through to the ordering & installation supervision, Darren & Gavin have been brilliant in providing exactly the quality kitchen we were after. Dan, Doughie & Honey installed the items with great skill, and Matt & his team installed the worktops with perfect precision. Many thanks to you all.

Searle and Taylor have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. After visiting a few kitchen shops I was starting to think that our dream kitchen wasn’t achievable, until I met with Darren and discussed through our wants and needs. With his guidance we now have our dream kitchen and more! The quality and detailing is spot on and we couldn’t love our new kitchen more.

I have to say Searle and Taylor have built us a fabulous kitchen. From the design stage, ordering, through to final fit and finish, Darren and his team have been faultless. We are so pleased with the final look and feel, exactly what we had hoped for and imagined. I would recommend them to anyone looking for proper, bespoke, kitchen design.
